Covid-19 Update: AMM Postponed & Committee Participation

The Board of Trustees (BOT) decided to postpone the Annual Membership Meeting (AMM) into 2021 to accommodate for delays regarding the board election process and other business due to Covid-19. Postponing the AMM also allows for a complete review of the 2020 finances, which, considering the significant improvements in UFW’s financial stewardship, will be beneficial for an in-depth analysis and the approval of the 2021 budget.

Additionally, the BOT established two committees for which they seek member participation:

  • Membership Committee

  • Bylaw Committee

All applications are due by Sunday, November 8, 2020.
